Chili season is here! Raise your hand if you are as excited as me! πββοΈ Chili is the perfect meal to feed your family, a group of friends at a Superbowl party, or on Halloween night when you’re rushing to the door to hand out candy. This is my repeat Chili recipe that’s a winner every time. Oh yeah, and it only takes 30 minutes to cook! Add a couple dashes of Frank’s Hot Sauce while simmering to take it up a notch!
Ingredients:
- light olive oil
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 (15 ounces) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2-3 shakes of cayenne pepper
- 1-2 shakes of celery salt
