Fried Rice

I don’t know about you but I love Panda Express! With this COVID-19 situation, we are making a lot of meals at home, and if we do get take-out, it’s from restaurants in town. With that being said, if you are craving Chinese food, this fried rice is a tasty alternative! You can add chicken or eat it by itself! Blessings, Jolie 🌼

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 of a Yellow Onion, diced
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and diced
  • 3 cups of Cooked Brown or Regular Rice
  • 2 Eggs, whisked in a small bowl
  • 1/2 cup of Frozen Peas, defrosted
  • 8 oz of cooked Chicken, diced (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp of Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp (or more) of Soy Sauce
