This recipe from Kraft is one of the easiest slow-cooker recipes you’ll find. It’s full of flavor and will not disappoint! I like to throw this together when company is coming over. The leftover meat is really tasty on Ciabatta bread the next day.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. onion-mushroom soup mix
1 boneless beef chuck eye roast (2-1/2 lb.)
1 lb. red new potatoes (or any potatoes you like!)
1 pkg. (16 oz.) baby carrots (or cut your own)
1 onion, thickly sliced
Mix the first 3 ingredients until combined well. Place the roast in the slow-cooker and top with vegetables and sauce. Cover slow-cooker with lid and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or on HIGH for 6-7 hours. Don’t forget to top with a dollop of sour cream!
If you like things on the spicy side, add a couple dashes of hot sauce with the first 3 ingredients! 🔥
