Planting Buttercup Primrose

Hey everyone! Today I had the day off so naturally I found myself looking for Spring plants at Menards! Originally I was gravitating towards pansies in my cement pot but I stumbled across this Buttercup Primrose and it was a done deal. It’s perennial here in KC and thrives in part shade. (Perfect for a patio pot!) I just love the mini rose-like blooms and cheerful yellow color. I hope it makes you smile because it sure does it for me. Keeping it simple by planting only one plant really makes the yellow blooms stand out. I hope you have a wonderful week.

UPDATE: I felt like the Primrose needed a little boost so I found these moss sheets at Hobby Lobby, cut them accordingly, and added a little bunny for some Easter decoration! I think it turned out alright!

Blessings, Jolie 🌼
